The specially reinforced composition of the enamel layers combined with the anatomical design of the occlusal faces ensure that the teeth absorb the masticatory loads perfectly, so enhancing the functional efficiency of the prosthesis.
The teeth are manufactured via selective injection compression moulding (SICM) of the layers. This system inhibits the formation of porosities, so preventing contractions of the polymerization. Above all it ensures the chemical adhesion of the layers, making the teeth more resistant and more translucent.
